Rick's searches the world for unique, custom accessories for your S2000! As a consequence, many of your ordered items will arrived separately from different vendors. Please don't be alarmed if only your badges or diffusers show up before you leather order. This is perfectly normal.

"My badges and diffusers just arrived, where is my console cover?"

Most of our products are custom made, so there is no way to stock them all. While we do maintain a small inventory on a few items, we can run out quickly. Our Stock is limited to Rick's S Badges, Aero Screens, Clear Side Markers, Clear Diffusers, LE 607 License Plate Holder and VooDoo shift knobs. Additionally we have vendor that stock and drop ship items directly to you for us, these include CompTech, Royal Puple Majorhavoc. All other items are made to order. With our items that are custom made, they normally ship within three weeks of order. All leather items are produced per order. Leather items are made to order and shipped within three weeks of the time an order is received.

We also offer a few core exchange items. Becasue a core exchange item needs a core and customer have to return their core, the turnaround time to this items (from order to shipping) time varys greatly. We have no control over how fast these cores are return. However, you are required to return your core to us within 30 days of shipment inorder to receive a refund of your core deposit. We will place an order for a new core on the 31st day to maintain a minimal service level. So if you know you are going to be keeping the item, please order it as such.

All customer orders are confirmed via email from Rick's.

A charge for the order amount indicated in your VirtualCart will be submitted to your card issuer and will be charged immediately. Your order will go into production as soon as we receive authorization from your credit card company.

All of Rick's Signature Accessory products are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail or Federal Express, Fed Ex. Shipments typically arrive 1 to 3 business days from the time they are shipped. Unless special arrangements are made, international orders ship via airmail through the US Postal Service. International delivery can take from 5 days to four weeks, depending on customs delays (many of our international deliveries are delayed in customs, over which we have no control).

Note that your order may be shipped in separate boxes and at separate times. But don't worry - you will only be charged the shipping amount shown on your order confirmation.
