Custom Digital Gauge Cluster

While the S2000 digital instrument array is modeled after F1 and other racing applications, many owners find the idiot lights and bar gauges for important readings like oil temperature and oil pressure wholly inadequate for the S2000’s high performance, high-revving engine. To provide more reliable, accurate readings of key engine functions, some owners have attached aftermarket gauges pods to the driver’s A-pillar, but these look just like what they are, tack-ons.

Rick’s offers a fully integrated solution that looks like it was designed by the factory: four digital gauges mounted in the radio door.

Using high quality, highly accurate Nordskog digital gauges, Rick’s radio door gauge cluster enables you to monitor four engine/mechanical functions of your choice, including:

Water temperature
Oil pressure
Oil temperature
Transmission temperature
Boost (0-16psi or 0-100psi)
Under-hood air temperature
Volts
Clock/time

With this unique assembly, full functionality of the radio door and head unit is maintained, and the back of the radio door has a smooth, stock appearance that completely hides the back side of the gauges and all wiring.

Since these gauge clusters are custom-made with the gauges of your choice, assembly takes approximately 6-8 weeks. When you place your order, you must chose four gauges for your assembly and specify the color of your current radio door. All gauges come with Red LED readouts.

The cluster is shipped as a complete radio door assembly, which replaces the current assembly. Sensors for the gauges you specify are also provided, along with a wiring harness and other hardware necessary to finalize wiring of the assembly. Buyers are responsible for wiring the under-hood sensors, and making the necessary power and ground connections. To make this job easier, detailed instructions with photos are provided, and the gauge assembly and wiring harness are supplied with connecting plugs.

The cost of the assembly is $1,200, including all hardware necessary for installation. When you order, a deposit of $600 will be billed to your credit card. The balance will be billed when the completed gauge assembly ships.
